Pinag water therapy lang po ako nun... tas laging nakamask. At lagi hugas kamay esp after suminga or hawakan muka. Pwede rin nilagang luya yun mainit po

Take vitamin c, eat fruits rich in vit c. More water inatake, please wear a mask while feeding your baby para hind mahawa. Enough rest din.

inum ka lang po ng Vit. C and malunggay para tuloy padin BFeed
I take lagundi tablet nun inubo po ako then more water po.
