Yes. yan din pantawid gutom ko during 1st trimester kasi nasusuka ako sa ulam, basta wag na lagyan ng sugar/honey or sweetener, gatas nlang ok na. Mas maganda rin rolled oats kasi hindi ito masyado nakakataas ng blood sugar so matagal ka gutomin kaysa sa intant oats after 2hrs gugutomin

It's all about calories in and calories out. Oats have higher calories than rice. Balance it out with protein and vegetables. Hindi masama ang rice, just eat moderately.

Oats are healthy as long as hindi mo po imix with sweet ingredients. :)
