idk bout you but some people recommended fish oil for better mood? u can try. but for me pregnancy is like a roller coaster. 1st trimester u feel moody tired emotional and hormonal. 2nd trimester u feel good but maybe certain mood swings here and there sudden rage or overthinking. 3rd trimester i feel so unmotivated, emotional, angry, sad, anxiety… stress about everything. small things triggers me. also maybe coz your hormones at its peak. let it be, go w the flow. try to seek help if you need, go for councelling or ask your gynae if they can refer you for councelling. talk to someone youre comfortable with. cry it out, scream it out if u have to.

thanks for the advice..I will talk to gynae..

Congrats mummy! Due to the hormone changes, most of us will be emotional. You are not alone! I will tell myself that if I let my mood affect me then I’ll get a grumpy baby so I got to take things easy. Tried eating my favorite food n watch more comedy. Look forward to go hunting for baby stuff, decorating baby’s room or buying maternity clothes. Reading pregnancy guide to understand myself better. Of course a supportive spouse is also important. Don’t worry, you will get thru it very soon!

congrats mom to be! i was also very very emotional during my 1st trimester. it was also double hard because i lived overseas away from my family. i won't exactly say i coped with all the crazy emotions anf hormones but having a supportive and understanding husband helps alot .. i cry alot for no apparent reasons and he always there for me to reassure and console even when he confused at times haha! when 2nd trimester came, it was a breeze .. im back to almost normal . hang in there mommy!

Need help on how to handle it as my wife she’s having exactly the same issue now.

I found comfort in sharing with one or two of my close mummy friends. I think support amongst close girl friends is very important especially those who have through pregnancy. They can emphathise and understand better what we are going through (compared to our husbands).

thanks..good point! my husband is indeed my additional stress

Hi I am also facing the similar but now when I am at my 2nd trim, I feel better already so it’s the hormones fault I believe. Talk to your partner and get his support. It will helps! Take care

Try watching your favourite show or shows you wanna watch. A good source for me is tik tok, i get to see funny videos and get entertain at the same time!!

I watch comedies like Friends to lighten my mood

I just cry myself to sleep and wake up feeling better
