Fasting during pregnancy

Hi Muslim mamas, how do you cope with fasting during pregnancy I need tips. It’s really not easy for me but I’m doing my best

Hello! I'm 34 weeks pregnant and fasting too! I eat Peanut butter sandwich with Milk and dates😊 I also ensure to drink 600ml of plain water during Sahur at least. If you are unable to, please do not force yourself as pregnant woman who are unwell are not oblige to. May Allah ease it for you.

Yes the comments are all useful to try. Drink lots of water, drink milk and kurma. Just remember dont push yourself too hard on fasting. At the end of the day, we need to pay the fidyah and repay the days that we didn’t fast. 💪🏽☺️ We can do this mummies 💪🏽✨

i havent been fasting 🥲 i cant drink plain water without puking and puked out all my sahur and buka when i tried for 2 days.. so i figured i’ll fast once my nausea is better (hopefully)

I’ve been consuming bird’s nest daily as it gives me energy throughout the day & drink lots of water during iftar & pre dawn meal.
