about vaccination

Hello mommies, I have been taking painless vaccine for my YO the doctor has been giving HEXAXIM (dtp, ipv,hep B, hib), ROTASURE(rota virus), and PREVNAR (for pcv) But later came to know there are already alternative painless vaccine for these which are INFANRIX HEXA, ROTAVAC and SYNFLORIX lil cheaper than the vaccine I have mentioned before Can anyone say the difference between these both, the doctors did not tell me these I found out when one of my friends had these one which was lil cheaper than mine, what I was given it was quite expensive than this Does both have same effectiveness?
