Also a breastfeeding mom and breastfeeding advocate. Aside from supplements, make sure to be well hydrated and to eat the right proportions with the right kinds of food. Make sure to direct breastfeed per demand if baby is around or pump every 3-4 hrs if at work and make sure not to skip schedule as much as possible. You can also try power pumping. 😉
