I'm also monitoring my sugar momsh! Pipapacheck ang sugar ko before meals, then 1,2, and 3 hours after meals. According to my OB and endocrinologist, before meals dapat below 90 sugar mo. After 1hr it should be less than 140. After 2hrs dapat less than 120. Then after 3hrs dapat less than 100 na. Tips po sa mga kinakain momsh as advised by my OB, much better daw po mag brown rice muna ako. Then sa fruits half lng. Ndi ka pde kumain ng isang buo. Balance diet is the key momsh! Kaya natin toh!
