for the mommies who pump at work, what do you bring to work besides the pump? how do you store your milk at work? details would be good. I'm using the Spectra M1 and Philips Avent storage containers. haven't bought my chiller bag so I'm seeking advice. thanks!

i used freemie cups and a poncho . i store my milk in breast milk bags when im done pumping. i will place it in between 2 ice pack gel from daiso , used a normal free milo insulation bag. once reach office, put the whole insulation bag into the fridge . normally after i knockoff, i open the bag and the milk is still very COLD !
