Plain porridge, vege and fruit pure. Plain porride give for 1 week. 2times ( morning, evening) Pure fruit can try banana or papaya good for baby. But dont give to much. No for careal for 6month. If you baby have book for vaksin you can check how to give them meal. Page34-38

After 1 week. You can cook with protein, fat, carbohydrate, all in pyramid makanan. Baby must get full nutrition in their meal

plain porridge. vege/fruit puree. i would suggest you to start with something bland first, vege instead of introducing fruit puree directly 😊
