folic acid

Mommies, until when do I need to drink folic acid tablets? I can't go to my OB due to the virus po.. I'm 14 weeks pregnant umiinom pa rin po ako ng folic acid. Please help.

Ako po yung iron with folic na lang iniinom ko. 18 weeks. Pero 6 weeks pa lang ganun na prescription ng OB ko
