Dog scratch

Hi mommies and soon to be mommies. Question lang, my furbaby kasi ako and I am 20weeks pregnant. Kaka take ko lng anti tetanus dec 7 and I am just worried, kasi ung fur baby ko accidentally scratched me kanina, pero di naman nag dugo. Should I be worried? Kasi napaparanoid ko para sa baby ko and at the same time we have financial problem so sa gastos din kaya sana if ok lang yung ganon na hinugasan lang at may betadine hindi na para gumastos. :( thank you
