Hi mommies! Just a question. Is confinement lady really needed? Can I just order the confinement meal only instead? Any recommendation?

First baby and my husband supports having a confinement nanny so I can have plenty of rest. Also an opportunity to learn skills from the nanny. Now just hoping the CN is good 😀
