Baby Rash

Hi mommies. Please help me if you have any idea what kind of skin rash is this and what could be the right ointment/medicine. Baby has like this kind of rash in his face, arms and few in legs. I really appreciate your answers.

Momshie pano po nwala ung rash ni baby mo. My ganyan din kc baby ko sa face Niya, mg Isang buwan na nd parin nawa2la.
