Fever won’t go away during pregnancy

Hi mommies out there. I had my boostrix jab about 3 days ago and after 24 hours I developed cough and fever. Trying my best to lower down my body temperature by drinking lots of water and drink some warm honey to soothe my throat too. Today is the 3rd day after my jab yet my fever won’t go away despite taking the normal Panadol. Should I visit my GP or I should go to my gynae straight?
