Ok nman po basta light exercise 30mins/day or twice a day.
If before pregnancy is super active mo po you can continue but of course listen to your body, kung hindi kaya e wag pilitin. Hindi ako active, pinagbawalan din ako kasi nag spotting ako but I do pelvic floor stretching.
With regards sa pamamanas too much walking/standing can cause pamamanas din.
May kakilala ako na naggym kahit buntis, ang ending CS.
OB suggest heavy exercise 37weeks na kasi ito na fullterm.
