Lochia more than 6 weeks.

Hi mommies, Is it normal for lochia to lasts more than 6 weeks? I’m currently 1M15D pp, and has yet to finish. And the discharge now is pinkish brown in colour. TIA~

Yes normal. Lochia normally will end by the 10th week of pp but I think this defers for everyone. I had mine until about 10-11 weeks then I got my 1st period.

Thanks for replying. May I know did you experience any vaginal itching? I opt for a c sect, and as from what I’ve know it shouldn’t have any itchy symptom as I’m not giving birth by natural birth.
