Cramps at week 10?

Hi mommies, is it normal to have stomach cramps / aches at week 10? I’ve been feeling it the past few days but no spotting. Or is there anything else I should look out for? Please help!

yes it’s normal, hormones fluctuating and uterus expanding. as long as there’s no severe pain or spotting
