Pain near vulva and left area of vagina frequently post natural delivery .. even after 1.5months

Hi Mommies , need your help/ advice on pain I’m experiencing in vaginal area ( left side ) which is frequent but not permanent .. If pain is there , difficult to pee as well :( On checking with doctor , he says all wounds are healed, so probably it’s nothing just over stretch of nerves But the pain doesn’t go .. Has anyone experienced anything similar ?Can help to share
