You can try Profreeze reusable ice sheets from vpharma. Pwede rin sya hot compress. Just wrap a towel over it. 😊

you can use towel na binasa sa warm water. mas controllable ang heat

yes po. or you can use hot/ cold pack. meron nun na parang may cartoon designs like hello kitty, pero it can be too hot for babies.
