when to take contraceptive pills

Hi mommies.. let me ask if when to take this diane pills for contraceptive..actually i already went to my OB last dec.pero na delayed yung mens ko for almost 3 months..kaya nkalimutan ko when to take this.. Is it during Menstruation or after? Your answer is highly appreciated po.Thank you
