Cramps cramps cramps

Hello mommies! I'm in my first trimester po. Itatanong ko lang po if normal lang po ba yung pananakit ng lower abdomen every morning. Or every after matulog. Nagwworry na po kase ako mommies. Though bearable naman yung cramps.

same here 7 weeks pregnant, 4-5 weeks ko ganyan may cramps, pero normal lang naman daw yan kasi nag aadjust pa yung katawan natin pero dapat mild lang
