Hi mommies! I’m currently 38 weeks 4/7 days pregnant and still closed cervix. Any tips po how to naturally dilate faster? Been drinking pineapple juice 2x a day for 3 days now, exercising for an hour if hindi nakakapag lakad lakad sa labas. Any other tips to make labor easier for me as a first time mom? TYSM!
