Pelvic Girdle Pain

Hello Mommies, I’m already at my 27 weeks. Lately I’ve been experiencing pain over my pubic bone. l also feel pain when I’m about to spread my thighs, like I will just stand from sitting position, turning on my bed, and standing on 1 leg (like putting undies) May I know mommies what did you do to ease the pain? Thank you!

1. Bought a maternity belt. Sobrang helpful to ease pressure and weight sa pelvic bone. 2. Slow movements lang po when changing positions.
