Does normal to have cramp/sakit at waist n hips area?

Hi Mommies, im 9+ weeks first pregnancy, is it normal to have cramp around my waist n hips area? Rs lenguh around that area.. and how to kurang rasa mual? Need advice heree

If you have cramps but no bleeding, its ok. But if theres brown discharge after cramps, go to doctor asap.
