Hello Mommies, Im 32 weeks pregnant and a first time mom. Ask ko lang po if ano yung best formula milk for new born baby. Still manifesting parin po ako na makapagbreastfeed🙏 Thank you po sa phsagot 😊

you may ask your OB. as per my OB and pedia, S26 so un ang sinunod namin kahit mahal. no issues sa 2 kids ko. may babae na malakas mag-gatas, may mahina. isa ako sa mahirap mag-express ng breastmilk sa umpisa. it took 2 days din. exclusive breastfeeding ang 2 kids ko for 1 month, then mixed feeding at 2 months, in preparation sa pagbalik ko sa work.
