ako din ganyan, sabi ng OB ko baka kulang ako sa calcium since pinagtake nya pa ko calcium supplement aside sa anmum. also based on my research and confirmation dn ng OB ko, as much as possible maganda daw left side matulog for better blood circulation kaya tinatry ko dn best ko sa ganung position. plus pillow in between the legs na mejo nakabend. kaso di na maiwasan mangalay so naiiba dn habang tulog 😅

yes normal po based on my exp. mas ok po if gumamit kau extra pillows or ung maternity pillow po para makatulong po s maaus n pagtulog..
