Green Vein Beside Baby's Eyebrow

Hi, Mommies. I just want to ask if my same situation dito sa lo ko. May visible na parang green vein malapit sa kanyang left eyebrow. Present na po to since birth hindi ko inaddress sa pedia niya kasi akala ko magfafade lang siya as she grows older. She's 10 mos now and visible pa rin. Should this be a cause for concern?
