baby coughing

Hi mommies... I am a mom of a 1month old baby and in 9 days he will be 2months alr. Ive noticed that my baby will have on and off cough. He doesnt have any fever but noticed that when he throws up some milk the milk texture is sticky. Is it normal for the baby to cough? Thank u
