19 weeks pregnant, slipped on the floor

Hi mommies! I just like to know if anyone here experience the same? Does it have any effect on the baby upon birth? I read something that when you slipped and you’re pregnant there’s a chance that the baby might have cleft palate. I’m all okay, not pain at all. Hope to hear from some of you here! Thank you.
