Post birth nerve pain in left side of vagina

Hi Mommies I am experiencing acute pain in vaginal area ( in left side and vulva too) The pain comes and goes but when it’s there even peeing gets difficult Anyone faced such issue ? If so, how long does it take ?( already it’s 1.5months ) Along with this , one another issue I’m facing is numbness in my fingers Is it normal?

I have this pain like at pubis /clit area like cramps or pressure pain at times and when I pee. Not sure is it similar as yours. I keep going back to my gynae and he says is normal will go away but never mention when. So I’m also worried he never really explains why or so . I’m 1.5 month pp. I hope the pain will go away
