No heartbeat on handheld fetal doppler

Hello mommies! I don’t have anyone to talk to about this but I’m 12 weeks and 4 days but when my OB checked, she wasn’t able to pick-up any heartbeat. Should I be worried? Does anyone experienced the same? Thank you 😔

Best pa din to detect heatbeat with ultrasound. Mas accurate at madali hanapin. If possible try nyo makapag ultrasound po. Minsan kasi masyado pa maliit si baby at that stage kaya mahirap hanapin hearbeat nya

Ob/Sono kasi pinili ko Ob kaya lagi ako assured every checkup makikita ko si baby through ultrasound 😊 sana okay kayo pareho ni baby
