No heartbeat on handheld fetal doppler

Hello mommies! I don’t have anyone to talk to about this but I’m 12 weeks and 4 days but when my OB checked, she wasn’t able to pick-up any heartbeat. Should I be worried? Does anyone experienced the same? Thank you 😔
