How to clean infant ear?

Hi mommies how do you clean your toddler ear? Sabi ni pedia mg drop ng baby oil sa ear. Medyo hesitant ako.

advise ni pedia saken for my baby is cotton buds (you may use agua) babasain mu yung cotton buds then loob and labas ng ears twice a week.
