Nahihirapan mag poops

Hi mommies. Hingi lang ako suggestions if ano pwede kainin or inumin. , kase malakas naman ako sa water pero nahihirapan ako dumumi , like matigas po si poops. Huhu. Natatakot aq umiri kase baka magka almuranas ako or wat. Help pls. #1stimemom #27weekspregnant

Everyday. Yakult and apples or other fiber rich fruits. Lots of water intake.

magmilk ka bgo mtulog..tgnan mo evrymorning kna magpops...tas ripe papaya nrn

dont take papaya.. since it can induce early labor according to research
