Cloth diapers?

Mommies, gumagamit ba kayo ng cloth diapers? ilang set meron kayo and ilang inserts? currently pregnant with my 3rd child and first time to try cloth diapers, wala kasing ganito before. 6 na po kasi yung 2nd ko :)
