Postpartum bleeding at 3weeks

Hello mommies! FTM here, I gave birth last Nov18 via c section at exactly 38 weeks. Need advise po as per your experience, last week mjo nawala/humina na yung bleeding ko, I’m currently in 3weeks postpartum and then this past few days, biglang lumakas ulit yung bleeding ko with blood clots, madalas pag after ko umihi.
