Baby acne with yellow discharge

Hello mommies! First time mom here with a month-old baby. Lumabas na yung baby acne nya and problem ko is yung sa mga tenga nya, marami and may yellow discharge na yung acne 😥 napa-check na sa pedia and nag reseta lang ng rashfree ointment. Natuyo yung acne in 2 days pero ngayon may yellow discharge na naman yung sa tenga nya 😭 Any recommendations po mga mommies? Help please! Thank you in advance 🫶🏻 #Needadvice #FTM #babyacne
