Hi mommies! First time mom here, 37 weeks today. The past 4 days I noticed may nadevelop akong external hemmy. A little over a size of a pea. At first it was not aching, but since yesterday sumasakit na sya esp at night and i feel uncomfortable sitting or walking. Pakiramdam ko puputok or magpapop sya anytime.
I have read various articles na normal sya into late pregnancies or postpartum, since a lot of our veins ay naiipit ni baby causing to decrease blood flow in our lower extremities.
QUESTION: WHAT DO YOU DO TO REDUCE THE PAIN? OR WHAT MEDS CAN BE TAKEN?
