Hi mommies! Due date ko is on March 19. Currently working sa BPO, graveyard shift. Question, when is the best time to file a maternity leave? Thank youu #advicepls #firsttimemom #firstbaby

Hi mommy! My due date is on March 18, one day ahead ka sakin. I filed my maternity this month and I indicated kapag 35 weeks na ako, which is Feb 24, 2023 di na ako papasok. Kelangan nang ipahinga kasi medyo delikado for 8 months - 9 months kapag na-biyahe pa. Better maaga ka magfile ng matenity leave this month para aware din employer mo :)
