Hair fall. What to do? Is it part of the post partum?

Hi, mommies, its been 5 months since na nganak ako, tas nung nag 4th month si baby until now lakas mag lagas ng buhok ko. Any advice what to do? Kasi feeling ko ang nipis na ng hair ko. Thank you #advicepls #1stimemom

yes post partum hairfall is normal po. cutting your hair shorter helps. use mild/ anti hair fall hair products.
