Skin Rashes

Hi mommies. My baby's having rashes every afernoon lang. Sa both arms, face and neck. Tapos medyo nawawala at night and totally gone the next day pero babalik in the afternoon. Medyo hindi clear sa pictures. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.
