Folic acid and calcium vitamins

start ako nagpa check up (8 weeks) niresetahan na ako ng folic. mga 12 weeks ata nag start ako ng calcium. Until now 22 weeks tinetake ko both since yun parin reseta sakin ng ob plus 2 other vitamins.
