Maternity Benefit

Hi mommies, ask ko lang po, pwede din ba ko mag avail ng philhealth maternity benefits kahit di pa kami kasal ni hubby? Nakalagay po kasi need ng marriage certificates. And, ung dun po sa proof of identification kahit anong government issued ID lang po ba? Thanks in advance.
