Hi mommies! Ask ko lang po kung kelan kayo, nagstart magtake ng malunggay capsule at kumain ng lactation goodies. Pwede na po ba sya before manganak or after pa? TIA

Yung ob ko po pinagtake nako malunggay capsule pagoasok ng third semester. I take natalac capsule and drink mother nurture choco mix after delivery plus masasabaw na foods wt malunggay and more water :)

Depende po kasi yan sa sabi ng ob mo..may mga mommies kasi na magatas talaga kaya no need n mag malunggay capsules
