Pain After Giving Birth

Hi Mommies! Anyone here po na Normal Delivery then still experiencing pains sa bandang balakang po to the point na hirap umupo nang matagal? I just gave birth po last 11May still have pain kahit nagpapahilot na. Thank you in advance.

Gnyan din ako mommy. April 23 po ako nanganak. Sa pagod po yan. We still need to rest kasi mommy hanggang maging normal lahat
