hello mommies.. anong multivitamins ang pwede i-take while breastfeeding? i'm currently taking enervon, discretion ko lang ayoko kasi magkasakit while taking care of my baby but i'm not sure if pwede ba sya while breastfeeding. thanks!

Sabi nman po ng OB ko any vitamins daw po di nakakaapekto sa production ng breast milk :)
