hello mommies.. anong multivitamins ang pwede i-take while breastfeeding? i'm currently taking enervon, discretion ko lang ayoko kasi magkasakit while taking care of my baby but i'm not sure if pwede ba sya while breastfeeding. thanks!

ako kasi mommy, ung cellsentials ung iniimom ko, usana po yun na multivits. umiinom din ako ng poly c to boost our immune system at biomega pra sa brain ni baby hehe EBF kasi ako pero pag naubos tu di na ako bibili wla ng budget haha vit.c nlng ung iinumin ko tapos kain nlng ng mga healthy foods..
