Hello mommies!! Ano po ba dapat gawin para lumakas ang loob bukod sa mag dasal hehe first time mom po ako at 34 weeks and 4 days na po ako malapit lapit na po kasi hehe kinakabahan po ako

Bukod po sa magpray, and always lift everything to God, pag inaatake po ko ng anxiety because of pregnance, nagreresearch po ako. :) I always find comfort in things na I have control over po. So if minsan naiisip ko na baka may mali or what regards sa pregnancy, I research para makita na the chances and favor are with me. Also, manood or magbasa ng SUCCESSFUL birth stories. And... most importantly mommy, if you find na nakakacause ng stress ang social media and even here po sa TAP, don't hesitate na mag-off muna ng internet. Always keep in mind na baka kinakabahan ka dahil sa scary na stories ng ibang pregnant women, lagi mo po tatandaan na kahit madami ka naririnig na scary stories, MAS madami ang successful ones. Hindi lang ganon kavocal kasi mas vocal yung may problema right? A lot of mothers have successfully delivered a child in far more difficult circumstances, sobrang advanced na po ng technology and healthcare natin today. You're in good hands mommy :) 34 weeks and 4 days, ilang weeks na lang po makikita mo na si baby! :)

Yang kaba mo normal lang po, pero isipin mo mi na makikita mo na si baby, so dapat palitan mo ng excitement yang kaba mo.
