Hello mommies. 8 weeks postpartum na ako. and I thought of getting Birth control method. pero diko alam which one to go for. yung midwife nagpa anak saakin, sinabi niya saamin ng asawa ko na need may age gap for the next baby kasi mababa ang matres ko. Kindly share your experiences with different Birth control methods (like pills, implants, injectable, etc.) and when did you start and how long it took para mabuntis kayo ulit once nag stop kayo gumamit ng birth control... yes I know it depends sa katawan natin.
