Share your experience with different methods of birth control.

Hello mommies. 8 weeks postpartum na ako. and I thought of getting Birth control method. pero diko alam which one to go for. yung midwife nagpa anak saakin, sinabi niya saamin ng asawa ko na need may age gap for the next baby kasi mababa ang matres ko. Kindly share your experiences with different Birth control methods (like pills, implants, injectable, etc.) and when did you start and how long it took para mabuntis kayo ulit once nag stop kayo gumamit ng birth control... yes I know it depends sa katawan natin. Personally, we're using a combination of (mostly natural) methods. Exclusively breastfeeding kami ni baby so 8 months post-partum pa ko nagka-regla. Still, I wasn't using that (LAM) as a contraceptive. What works for us is a combination of calendar method, withdrawal and condom. Withdrawal on regular days, Condom on fertile days. Then buffer ng extra days for my safe days, up to the extent that I only consider the one week from my day1 of menstruation as my "safe days". So far, 2yo na si lo at hindi pa nasusundan, though I'm always open to the possibility na pwede pa rin talaga ako mabuntis.
